Refund/reschedule policy

For live sessions, there are no refunds or cancellations after purchase but we offer one complimentary rescheduling if you email us within 24 hours of your scheduled session.

 

For recorded messages, there are no refunds or cancellations after purchase but if you are unsatisfied with your message, please contact us and we will provide one complementary adjusted video if you provide specific feedback as how the message did not include your personalization provided.  All messages are reflections of your booking form submissions so please be as specific as you want!
