Inspire holiday joy with a LIVE interactive Zoom session with Santa who will be chatting with your child(ren) from his workshop at the North Pole! These 5 minute sessions are for 1-2 children and allow your child(ren) to ask questions and rattle off their Christmas list to the big man himself.  Fill out a personalized form at checkout and Santa will mention specific things tailored to your them!

For families with 3+ children, we advise breaking them into groups and booking multiple calls as it may be difficult to keep a group focused and they will get a better experience when it's 1-on-1 or 2-on-1.  However, a third child can be added for an additional $5 and additional time will be added to the call to accommodate. No more than 3 children to a call please.

What happens during the session?

Santa will introduce himself & say hello to your child. After general pleasantries from the North Pole,  he will look in his "Nice or Naughty Book" for your child's name and discuss any specifics you've entered on your personalization form. Then your child can ask questions or tell Santa what they want for Christmas!

What do you need at home?

A laptop, computer, tablet or phone that has internet access, a microphone and speakers. This is standard on most devices!

How will I join the session?

You will receive an email with the Zoom link.  Simply click the link on the device you plan to chat from!

What if I need to reschedule?

There are no refunds or cancellations but we offer one complimentary rescheduling if you email us within 24 hours of your scheduled session.

Interactive Zoom Session plus a Recorded Video Message

When you select this option at checkout, you will be given 2 individual sections to fill out, 1 for the live session and 1 for the recorded video. This way you can have different messages for each! 

 

Since you've already had a live session, you can use the video to address a special holiday moment.  We recommend ordering one that tells the family when their Elf on the Shelf is to arrive or have one ready for Christmas Eve that mentions that Santa is waiting until everyone is asleep to come!

Because your child will get to talk LIVE with Santa and receive a message from him for any specific moment, it's a great bundle to bring the joy of Santa to life in multiple instances!

You can receive a personalized video message for your child recorded by Santa, as he sits in his workshop at the North Pole!  Fill out a personalized form at checkout and Santa will mention specific things tailored to your child!

Please book 1 video per child so Santa can be sure to address individual specifics and make the child feel special! If you have multiple children, please complete one booking form per child. (Essentially this package is $20/child)

The length of the recorded video will be determined by the amount of information on the personalization form.

How will I get the video?

You will receive an email with a link to download the video message within 2 weeks of booking.  We recommend downloading it immediately to any device you want to have the ability to play it from, as the link will only be active for a short duration of time.
